Article . Terms and Conditions

1. The 10-years warranty period is calculated from the date of the sales receipt. The scope of maintenance is limited to damage or malfunction of parts under normal use. All repairs or parts replacements made during the maintenance period will not change or extend the warranty period of the watch. This warranty is valid for carry-in to out Hong Kong service center only.
2. For security concerns, customer must present the completed original warranty card together with register phone numbers when service is rendered.
3. The warranty is null and void in the following cases: Factitious damage, carelessness, natural disaster or any other operation which is not specified on the user’s manual. Non-waterproof watches water damage, abnormal worn-out or broken etc. The purchase invoice is lost, amended or without date of purchase in the invoice, it is also included the serial number has been altered, effaced or removed.
4. Non-warrantied service, the service center may charge a fee based on the style of the watch and the services required, which will vary slightly in different situations. VIP group cannot guarantee that the same type of watch parts will be available under all circumstances. If the parts of this type have been discontinued, we will try to provide parts replacement with similar value and similar appearance.
